If you have information about recent or ongoing criminal activity by a registered offender or any other offender, contact your local law enforcement agency.

If you believe that any of the Registry information is in error, please contact the Sexual or Violent Offender Registration Unit at the Montana Department of Justice, by using your own e-mail or submitting the form below.

It may not be possible to provide an individual response in every case. However, the Registration Unit reviews any information provided about an offender in accordance with department policies. The Registration Unit also reads and considers any opinions offered about the issue of offender registration.

Sexual or violent offenders with questions about their registration should inquire in writing and include their full name, address and date of birth for identification purposes.
